An exciting opportunity is available to join the Forestry and Fibre Industry Division in Agriculture Victoria. The Manager, Program Design, Evaluation and Monitoring plays a critical role in ensuring Agriculture Victoria’s forestry and other programs are well-designed, effectively implemented and continuously improved.
This position is responsible for leading the design of evidence-based programs, establishing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Working collaboratively across the division, the role ensures programs are aligned with policy objectives, informed by industry insights, responsive to community needs, and accountable to performance standards.
The Manager provides expert guidance on evaluation methodologies, fosters a culture of learning and innovation, and contributes to whole-of-government reporting. The role supports program delivery teams to ensure that there are effective program performance monitoring, evaluation, reporting and risk management systems in place.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
