About the role
As the Physiotherapy Manager, you will lead Austin Health's Physiotherapy Department, providing strategic, professional and operational leadership across a large and diverse workforce delivering services in acute, subacute, ambulatory and community settings. You will drive excellence in clinical practice, workforce development, research, quality improvement and service innovation, while fostering a high-performing culture built on collaboration, wellbeing and continuous improvement.

In this influential leadership role, you will inspire a workforce of over 100 clinicians, champion wellbeing and workforce sustainability, drive research and innovation, and lead the development of contemporary models of care across the patient journey.
