About the role:
The Manager, Permits and Licensing – Team 2 manages a team that supports the assessment of permit and license applications and notifications for the Health Regulator branch. These may include complex permit applications for Schedule 8 medicines and Schedule 9 clinical trials, notifications and warrants.

About you:
Experienced in regulatory work and possess knowledge of the following government legislation: Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981, Human Tissue Act 1982 and Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2017.
Equipped with an excellent understanding of the Victorian health system, and with knowledge of the department and its operating processes and information systems.
