About the Division
The Academy Services Division provides a range of specialist services to teams across the Academy, to program participants (potential and current) and to external venue hire stakeholders to ensure an inclusive high-quality professional learning experience or event for our stakeholders. The Division's specialist areas include learning design, strategic engagement, and participant, event and program support.
About the Team
The Participant, Event and Program Support team will be responsible for leading a high-quality and inclusive experience for Academy program participants, guests and venue hire stakeholders.
The team will oversee the end-to-end participant journey across professional learning programs in collaboration with other teams where relevant. The team will lead the Academy's venue hire and events function, monitoring participation and venue performance to continuously improve the participant and guest experience. Further responsibilities include scheduling of programs and managing program registrations and application processes.
About the Role
This role commences December 19th 2026.
The Manager, Participant, Event and Program Support leads the teams that deliver the Academy's end-to-end participant experience, program scheduling and venue hire and events functions. This role sets direction and ensures consistent high-quality support through their leadership of a large, high-performing and multifunctional team.
