As manager, organisational design and development, you will lead work that helps the department build a capable, inclusive and future-ready workforce.

About you
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable. You should also have strong experience in organisational development or human resources in a large and complex organisation, including leading complex organisational design projects. A sound understanding of government processes is also important.
