Opportunity to shape organisational capability upilft across DEECA.
Reporting to the Director, Organisational Development, the Manager Organisational Capability is a pivotal leadership role within the Organisational Development Branch.
As the successful applicant, you will lead the design, development and implementation of organisation wide learning and development initiatives to uplift and support organisational capability and drive culture.
The Manager strategically engages and consults with stakeholders to identify and design capability solutions that are fit for purpose, scalable and will have impact.
The Manager will also lead the development and of a Capability Strategy for the department and leads a small team of specialists.
As an active member of People and Culture Division, contribute to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focussed, collaborative, professional and engaged.
Enhance the reputation of the branch and the People and Culture division by building relationships across the department and ensuring strong co-design and engagement practices are applied to deliver learning and capability solutions that are leading practice, contemporary, fit for purpose and delivered in a timely manner.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
