ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Manager, Melbourne Museum Public Programs and Education leads the development and delivery of public programs and education activities at Melbourne Museum, in line with Museums Victoria's strategic priorities.
This role is responsible for managing the Public Programs and Education team, overseeing program planning, development, scheduling and resourcing, and ensuring the successful delivery of engaging, inclusive and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.
The position also drives Museums Victoria's adult learning strategy, facilitates key partnerships, and leads the delivery of initiatives that increase audience participation and support organisational objectives.

The salary on offer is a VPS5.2 Base salary of $128,635 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
