What You'll Do
As Manager Marketing at RBGV, you will drive strategic initiatives that grow our brand and strengthen community connection. Leading a team of two, you will drive the development and delivery of campaigns across digital, print and social platforms to boost visitation, program attendance, and revenue streams. With a focus on digital excellence, you'll oversee engaging content creation and ongoing website optimisation to ensure best-in-class user experience, accessibility, and content management. You will manage relationships with agencies, designers, and partners, ensuring brand consistency and identifying opportunities through research and insights.
What You'll Bring
As the successful candidate, you will bring a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications, along with several years experience in a similar role. Your expertise spans digital platforms including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and social media advertising, with a proven record of delivering impactful multichannel campaigns that engage and grow diverse audiences. You are a natural leader, with demonstrated success in supporting high-performing teams and achieving KPIs. Your strong grasp of marketing trends-particularly in the cultural, heritage or tourism sectors-together with knowledge of market research, segmentation strategies, and website content management systems, will underpin your success and help promote brand growth. A strong communicator, you excel at producing clear, compelling content across channels. You confidently ‑analyse marketing data to generate insights, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and bring financial management expertise to build and oversee budgets. If you stay ahead of global marketing innovation, exercise sound judgement, and thrive on solving challenges with creativity, we'd love to hear from you.
