Role description
The Manager – Living Well is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of a diverse range of community-based programs, including:
This role ensures the effective and efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients. The Manager will lead program development, workforce coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet organisational goals and community needs.
A key focus of the position is to engage and support older people living in the community, promoting healthy ageing, wellbeing, and meaningful social connection. The Manager will foster partnerships and pathways that enhance access to social support services, ensuring inclusive and responsive service delivery.
