The Manager, Legal Services (Advice and Tribunal) leads a team responsible for supporting the Commission's Tribunal functions and providing regulatory legal advice across the organisation. This includes advice relating to freedom of information (FOI), privacy, delegations, governance matters, and commercial arrangements. This position plays a critical role in helping the organisation navigate complex legislative frameworks and exercise its regulatory powers in a robust, risk-informed manner.
