THE ROLE
The Manager, Information Systems is responsible for the delivery of significant enhancements to and business as usual (BAU) operational support of key applications, including The Orange Door Client Relationship Management (CRM), the Central Information Point and associated or integrated systems. This role will support the Information Systems team in the delivery of significant information technology projects, in line with DFFH family violence priorities and with consideration towards relevant legislative frameworks, operational and strategic policies and service models. This role involves oversight of IT project deliverables, preparation and delivery of key project documentation and supporting the project reporting and strategic direction. You will also be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary project team.
