Our Opportunity
The Manager, Industry Education and Information Services leads a high‑performing team to design and deliver the VGCCC's Industry Education & Learning Strategy, strengthening compliance and understanding across regulated sectors. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and sector to ensure effective engagement and uptake. You will also oversee the information services function, ensuring high‑quality service delivery of our call centre and general enquiries line.
