About the Branch
The People Experience Branch partners with leaders across its customer departments to design and deliver contemporary people strategies, services and initiatives that build a capable, engaged and high-performing workforce.
About the Role
The position works in close partnership with Executive Leadership Teams to develop and implement people strategies aligned with the respective department's overarching strategic plan. As a senior leader, the incumbent is expected to collaborate extensively across the Corporate Shared Services Division, work closely with Centres of Excellence to develop fit-for-purpose solutions, and maintain a strong focus on delivering a strategic people agenda.
