The Manager, Framework, Policy & Governance is responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of VIDA’s procurement and contract management frameworks, policies and processes. This role ensures that VIDA’s procurement function operates in line with Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) supply policies, and upholds the highest standards of probity, integrity and efficiency.
Working closely with key stakeholders across VIDA and external bodies, the role provides expert governance advice on complex procurement matters, supports the organisation’s legal and probity compliance, and leads the development of tools and training to build procurement capability.
This role is also responsible for providing oversight and assurance on procurement activities, ensuring defensibility, transparency and alignment with broader strategic objectives. The Manager plays a key advisory and leadership role in shaping a strong procurement governance culture across VIDA, fostering a consistent and collaborative approach to procurement delivery, and maintaining robust relationships with external stakeholders, including DTP, VGPB and DTF.
