This is a six month opportunity to lead a team responsible for administering a range of statutory permits relating to forests and wildlife, and delivering reform program for the Conservation Regulator's permissioning responsibilities. This is an exciting role with lots of diversity in it including: leading ongoing statutory functions; grappling with high risk issues management; providing strategic advice to the Conservation Regulator executive; and leading a multi-disciplinary long-term reform program. You would be joining a team and branch with an excellent, supportive, constructive culture that would support you to get the most out of the opportunity.

This is a fixed term position available until 01 May 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
