About the role
Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Performance, this role leads Parks Victoria's Enterprise Program Management Office to ensure consistent, efficient and strategically aligned project and service delivery across the organisation.
This role provides governance frameworks, portfolio prioritisation, performance monitoring and executive and Board reporting, while building organisational capability in effective program planning and delivery. As a senior leader, you will foster collaboration across divisions and regions, enabling projects that deliver enduring environmental, visitor and community outcomes.
The role is critical during a period of transformation as Parks Victoria strengthens performance and focuses on getting back to basics.
