We are seeking a Manager Employee Communications to strategically lead our approach to internal communication that delivers on the Communication and Engagement Division purpose and the Ambulance Victoria (AV) Strategic Plan.
This position is a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Employee Communication, this is an exciting opportunity for a creative communicator who thrives on bringing ideas to life. You'll build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, and partner closely with team's design, deliver and continuously elevate strategic and operational internal communication programs, campaigns and content that truly connects with our people.

To be considered for this position you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (communication, public relations, marketing or journalism) with relevant experience or have combination of high level demonstrated knowledge and experience. Other requirements include but not limited to:
