THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director, Disability Inclusion, Policy and Engagement, the Manager leads a dedicated team of Principal and Senior Policy Officers in developing disability policy including continuing Victorian service delivery and safeguarding arrangements, along with elements relating to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will set the strategic direction for disability policy, aligning it with broader departmental and government objectives. You will foster a collaborative environment where innovative ideas are generated, rigorously analysed, and effectively implemented.
