ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Manager, Digital Platforms plays a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering Museums Victoria's online presence, which attracts more than 10 million visits annually across its flagship websites and digital products. As both a product owner and delivery team manager, this role is responsible for driving the strategic vision, operations and service delivery of Museums Victoria's websites and online platforms.
The position leads a multidisciplinary team spanning content, design, development and project management, ensuring digital products meet organisational goals and deliver high-quality, customer-centred experiences. A key focus is the development of channel strategies and the transition of platforms to cloud-based services, while fostering strong internal and external partnerships. Success in this role will contribute to continued growth in digital engagement and transactions, extending Museums Victoria's reach beyond its physical sites.

This is a Full time, ongoing position. The salary on offer is a VPS5.2 Base salary of $124,888 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.
The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
