The Manager, Declared Mine Rehabilitation Coordinator (DMRC), is responsible for establishing and leading a new team to deliver complex approvals that support positive rehabilitation outcomes for Latrobe Valley coal mines and surrounding land. The Manager, DMRC promotes and coordinates international best-practice mine closure planning in Victoria by coordinating intergovernmental forums to help Declared Mine licensees meet their rehabilitation obligations, including through the development and approval of Declared Mine Rehabilitation Plans and related approvals.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
