About Us:
Fines and Enforcement Services (FES) is a business unit within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. FES is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria and works closely with the Road Safety Camera Program to support the delivery and monitoring of the road safety camera program.
About the Role:
The Manager, Customer and Partner Engagement is responsible for a team of staff who investigate and respond to complaints, requests for assistance and general correspondence from a range of customers and partners.
