Community Correctional Services (CCS) is seeking a dedicated Manager, Court Practice to join our team in Bendigo on a full-time basis until 15 January 2027. This is a unique opportunity to lead, inspire, and support a team of skilled practitioners working at the frontline of community corrections.
At CCS, we play a vital role in keeping communities safe by reducing reoffending and connecting individuals with the right programs, services, and supports. We manage individuals on court orders, supervise those on parole, and support people who have committed serious offences—ensuring rehabilitation and accountability go hand in hand.
As Manager, Court Practice, you will oversee operations at one or more CCS locations, directly supervising Advanced Practitioners and CAPS (Court Assessment and Prosecutions Supervisors. Your leadership will be critical in guiding case management and CAPS teams to apply evidence-based, risk-focused practices.
You'll champion and enhance transitional support for complex, high-risk individuals under Community Correction Orders—helping them navigate the path to safer, more positive futures.
Building strong partnerships with courts, local police, and community service providers will also be key, strengthening the support network available to those in our care.
Plus, you'll be part of the after-hours Duty Director roster, providing vital leadership when it's needed most.
