Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The County Court of Victoria is established pursuant to the County Court Act 1958. It has original and appellate jurisdiction and is the principal trial court in the State of Victoria. The Court hears over 12,000 criminal, common law, and commercial cases each year. The County Court has unlimited monetary jurisdiction in common law and commercial matters. In its criminal jurisdiction, the Court hears all indictable offences except treason, murder, and related offences.
There are a total of 80 Judges of the Court and over 300 staff, including judicial support staff. The County Court regularly conducts circuit sittings at 12 circuit courts situated in major centres throughout regional Victoria.

About the Role
Join the County Court, where you will work with a high-quality team of clinicians to oversee this important bail support program!
Reporting to the Director, Specialist Courts and Strategy, the Manager Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) leads a team of high-quality, in-house clinicians to provide bail support to people with complex needs.
The Manager, CISP ensures clinical practices and program deliverables align with evidence-based approaches to achieve positive outcomes for CISP participants. This involves developing and implementing practice improvement and professional development activities for the County Court CISP team. It also involves leveraging data and evidence to drive continuous quality improvement and deliver accurate reports.
Collaborating with judicial officers and key stakeholders, this role oversees provision of bail support to approximately 60 participants on a time-limited-basis. It coordinates high-quality service provision through resource management, FTE allocation and managing key contracts.
This role also engages closely with the Magistrates' Court CISP Indictable Crime Stream to provide cohesive bail support services for specific matters that come into the Melbourne County Court.
About You
Are you an experienced clinician and leader who can deliver strong outcomes to people with complex needs?
You will have knowledge of evidence-informed practice models and frameworks for working with people who have multiple and complex needs in addition to prove experience in collecting and analysing data to inform practice improvements, policy development and preparation of reports.

A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or another relevant field is highly regarded.
