About the role
The Manager, Contract Performance is a specialist role within the Contract Governance, Risk & Performance (CGRP) branch, reporting to the Senior Manager, Contract Performance. The role is responsible for developing, digitising and embedding high-quality contract performance reporting capabilities across Transport Services’ strategic contracts, with an immediate focus on Public Transport.
Working across multiple DTP Groups and Divisions, the role translates stakeholder reporting requirements into clear, automated and insight-driven performance reporting solutions, leveraging technology platforms specifically Power BI and SharePoint to give contract management teams seamless access to the performance data they need to effectively oversee contractual obligations. The role bridges the gap between technical data teams and non-technical stakeholder groups, ensuring solutions are both analytically rigorous and practically accessible.
A defining feature of this role is its focus on leveraging modern digital technologies, including AI-enabled insights and automation to continuously improve the quality, efficiency and strategic value of performance reporting across Transport Services. The role actively upskills CGRP team members and contract Manager, Contract Performance management teams in the use of these tools, building digital capability and data literacy across Transport Services.
The Manager, Contract Performance works collaboratively within CGRP and with stakeholders across Transport Services, contributing to a high-performance, continuous improvement culture aligned with DTP’s vision and the Victorian Public Sector values.
