About the opportunity
The Manager, Compliance and Assurance reporting to the Director, Integrity and Assurance is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance and assurance frameworks that support the Authority’s strategic objectives and regulatory obligations.
The role provides expert advice on compliance risk, manages regulatory change and attestation requirements; and supports the effective operation of systems, controls, and assurance programs across the organisation. With a focus on building a strong compliance culture, the position engages with senior leaders and stakeholders, delivers high-quality reporting and analysis, and drives continuous improvement to strengthen accountability, transparency, and organisational resilience.
