Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role
The function of the Manager, Communications and Partnerships is to oversee the delivery of a strategic framework for community engagement and develop a clear stakeholder communication and engagement strategy in accordance with TZV’s objectives and values.
Reporting to the Director, Strategy Policy and Planning, this role sits within The Governance, Planning & Intelligence (GP&I) Department.
This role is responsible for delivering the corporate policy, planning and intelligence functions across the organisation. The goal of Communications and Partnerships team is to support the delivery of strategic communications and engagement to help TZV continually improve the way it delivers services to the Victorian community. This role will also contribute to identifying innovative ways to achieve effective engagement, demonstrating continuous improvement and leadership.

A well organised, independent candidate with the ability to handle pressure and deal with a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification or have relevant experience in communications, engagement or related discipline.
