THE ROLE
The Manager, Commercial & Transactions will lead complex, time-critical project planning, procurement and transaction activities that support Homes Victoria's social and affordable housing delivery pipeline. The role will apply strong project management discipline to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage risks and dependencies, and progress projects through procurement, approval and transaction milestones.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, market engagement approaches, transaction pathways and governance material for housing projects. It will provide authoritative project, procurement and commercial advice to support value-for-money outcomes, transparent and compliant processes, effective contract structures and support clear decision-making by executives, governance committees and government.
