An exciting opportunity exists for a high performing policy manager with demonstrated experience in legislative/ regulatory issues and a strong understanding of data policy and IT systems to lead a team of policy professionals in a key whole-of-government initiative.
This is a 12 month fixed term position.
About the role
This role will give you the opportunity to stretch your skills in policy leadership to support the implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing initiative- comprising the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, working collaboratively with stakeholders across government to effectively support child wellbeing and safety.
In this role, you will be working closely with other teams across the Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch, and the broader Department to ensure work is aligned and to create a positive and productive work culture.
The Victorian Child Information Sharing Branch sits within the Child Safety Division, in the Early Childhood Education Group. The Division leads and coordinates key reforms to promote child wellbeing and safety both in the early childhood setting and across government, at an individual, service and system level.
