The Manager, Transformational Change is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's maintenance transformation change program, being the change lead within the proposed delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality.
This role will suit an experienced Change Manager who has been involved in large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in facilities or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program, and is focused on delivery of great outcomes.
You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
