The Manager, Change Projects Coordination is responsible for leading the coordination, execution, and strategic alignment of people change projects across the organisation. This important role has visibility of all change processes – upcoming and underway – across the department and actively monitors and supports any necessary adjustments to schedules as a result of organisation clashes or pressures.
The Manager, Change Projects Coordination develops and coordinates the change and communications plans/schedules alongside the P&C Business Partners, working with the impacted areas to deliver appropriate, accurate, timely, targeted and relevant communications and engagement regarding the change program to impacted stakeholders.

Applies strategic thinking to solve complex problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your experience
You'll bring:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. change or project management, human resources) and/or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Significant experience leading employee change and engagement in large, complex organisations, including managing workplace behavioural change (mandatory). Victorian Public Service experience is strongly regarded.
Strong organisational and stakeholder management capability, with knowledge of industrial and workplace relations processes and the ability to apply human-centred design principles to workplace change (desirable).
