THE ROLE
Manager Benefits Realisation
The Manager, Benefits Realisation is critical to the provision of specialist financial management services focusing on benefit realisation, delivering automated financial reporting and being the Homes Victoria lead for the audit of capital programs as part of the annual financial audit conducted by the Victorian Auditor-General's Office.
The Manager, Benefits Realisation will lead the financial monitoring and oversight of financial benefits realisation including for the significant asset transformation program in Homes Victoria focussed on the operationalisation of the asset development pipeline and lifecycle strategies, in addition to developing system-based solutions to provide timely and meaningful PNFC financial reports for stakeholders responsible for managing large commercial portfolios.
The Manager, Benefits Realisation will work closely with the Homes Victoria Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team and the Department's Corporate Finance area.
