THE ROLE
The Manager, Policy and Improvement plays a leadership role in the design and delivery of Victoria's family violence risk assessment and information sharing reforms. The Manager, Policy and Improvement will use their highly developed leadership and policy skills to deliver a complex program of work to support the reforms including policy design, legal policy advice, Whole-of-Victorian-Government governance, and monitoring and evaluation activities.
The successful candidate will be required to prepare, oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality policy/legal policy advice, reports, briefs and other products. The role requires skilled leadership, with expertise in strategic planning, motivating and managing high-performing multi-disciplinary teams, and leadingcritical reform projects.
