The Opportunity:
The Property Services Division (PSD) delivers essential maintenance and cleaning services across all Holmesglen campuses, ensuring facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained for students and staff. PSD responds promptly to maintenance needs, oversees routine cleaning, and manages the Institute’s Asset Management Plan, providing strategic oversight of long-term building care, sustainability, and optimisation of infrastructure. The division plays a vital role in supporting Holmesglen’s operational and strategic objectives through effective asset and facilities management.
Based at either the Moorabbin or Glen Waverley campus, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead a skilled team to prioritise and allocate maintenance tasks across campuses. You will action maintenance schedules, support essential services, and plan both scheduled and reactive maintenance and grounds activities. The role includes supervising staff and contractors across electrical, plumbing, building fabrication, mechanical, and gardening disciplines, ensuring buildings and services are fully functional, safe and efficient.
