The Opportunity:
The Property Services Division (PSD) is entrusted with delivering comprehensive daily maintenance and cleaning services across all Holmesglen campuses. This includes ensuring that all campus facilities are consistently clean, well-maintained, and conducive to a productive and welcoming environment for both students and staff. The division plays a key role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of the campus, addressing any maintenance issues promptly, and overseeing routine cleaning schedules to support the health and wellbeing of the campus community.
This role is responsible for carrying out general maintenance of buildings and facilities across the Institute’s campus locations, in accordance with the Institute’s maintenance plan. The position supports the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager in coordinating external maintenance service contractors to ensure high standards of service and compliance. It also involves regular liaison with internal stakeholders across departments and faculties to ensure the effective and timely delivery of maintenance services that support a safe and functional learning and working environment.
