Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, resilient and compassionate Listings Registrar & Assessment and Referral Court (ARC) Coordinator to play a critical role in the operation of the Assessment and Referral Court (ARC).
Working in a complex and sensitive environment, you will coordinate the ARC list, manage court listings and calendars, perform Registrar and in-court duties, and provide expert guidance on court procedures and practices. You will work closely with the Judiciary, multidisciplinary teams, legal professionals, government agencies and court users, including people experiencing serious mental illness and/or cognitive impairment.
