Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
About the Role
The Listing Coordinator plays a vital role in enabling VCAT to deliver timely, fair and accessible justice by ensuring hearings and alternative dispute resolution services are effectively scheduled and aligned to demand. By creating and maintaining structured, responsive listing frameworks, the role helps ensure matters are heard without unnecessary delay, directly contributing to better outcomes for the Victorian community.
Working closely with operational teams, the Listing Coordinator supports the efficient use of tribunal capacity. Through monitoring utilisation and making adjustments in response to changing priorities, the role contributes to a responsive, well-coordinated service that keeps cases moving and supports those seeking resolution.
