Trentham Aged Care have an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term - Part Time basis.
8 hours per week as coordinator with any additional hours to be direct to resident support and actively running programs with residents.
Under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager at Trentham Aged Care, you will design, coordinate and implement lifestyle activities to engage residents in purposeful and meaningful programs. You will support and work with a team of lifestyle assistants across a 7 day roster.
Lifestyle programs are designed to support, challenge and enhance the physical, psychological, social, and emotional wellbeing of residents.
