We are seeking some passionate and dedicated Lifestyle Assistants to join our team at the Trentham Aged Care on casual basis.
Purpose of Position:
The Lifestyle Assistant works with the Lifestyle Coordinator, care team members, volunteers, families, and consumers to access a leisure and lifestyle program that caters to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. The position of Lifestyle Assistant is part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance consumers quality of life and support Central Highlands Rural Health goals and values of in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

About CHRH:
Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
