The Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of residents through meaningful activities and engagement. This role works closely with residents, families, volunteers, and the multidisciplinary care team, with all interactions guided by person-centred care, dignity, respect, and inclusion.

Royal Melbourne Hospital operates two residential aged care facilities located in Brunswick and Keilor East. Guided by our values of Leading with Kindness, People First, and Excellence Together, we strive to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents and their families while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace for our staff.
Cyril Jewell House, located in the quiet suburban streets of East Keilor, accommodates up to 45 residents. Our team supports residents with a range of needs, including dementia, multiple sclerosis, Huntington’s disease, mental health conditions, and age-related physical health challenges.
