About the role
As the Legal Technology Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery and continuous improvement of VGSO's eDiscovery capability. Working closely with the eDiscovery Lead, you will assist in managing and optimising the use of VGSO's eDiscovery and document review platform (Nuix Discover), ensuring it meets the needs of legal practitioners and clients.
You will provide hands-on support across a broad range of eDiscovery matters, including coordinating document review processes, implementing system enhancements, and supporting users to navigate and utilise the platform effectively. Acting as a key point of contact, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external clients and service providers to deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes.
The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency and strengthen the overall eDiscovery function. You will support the development and delivery of training, ensuring staff are equipped to effectively use the system and adopt new functionality.
