About the role
Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is looking for an administrative assistant to join our Wodonga team and provide a mix of administrative and reception support. Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager (ASM), you will handle tasks like data entry, document preparation, and file management to keep our operations running smoothly.
You'll also be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them and managing inquiries both in-person and over the phone, all while supporting our legal team in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based at our Wodonga office on Wiradjuri and Dhudhuroa Country.
