THE ROLE
The position offers the successful candidate opportunities to develop skills and capabilities in a broad range of support functions within the Organisation Capability and Performance Unit based within the People and Culture Branch. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and develop new skills within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
The Learning Support Officer will work as part of a small team accountable for developing and implementing programs and practices designed to support learning, culture and engagement at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
This position will support both central and operational areas of the department to develop and implement a range of organisational learning and development, culture, and gender equality activities.
