Walcom Ngarrwa Secondary College is seeking an exceptional educator to join our leadership team as a Learning Specialist: Coaching & Mentoring. This role is pivotal in building the instructional capacity of teachers and leaders, while helping to establish and strengthen a culture of professional growth, collaboration and continuous improvement across the College.
As one of Victoria's newest and fastest-growing secondary schools, Walcom Ngarrwa presents a unique opportunity for educational leaders to influence whole-school practice, shape emerging systems and contribute to the development of a high-performing learning community from the ground up.
The Learning Specialist: Coaching & Mentoring will work alongside the Deputy Principal ¿ Senior School to lead the implementation of the College's instructional model and evidence-based teaching practices. Through coaching, mentoring, professional learning and instructional leadership, this position will support teachers at all stages of their careers to continually refine their practice and improve outcomes for students.
This role aligns with the Victorian Teaching and Learning Model (VTLM 2.0), the College Strategic Plan (2025-2029), and Walcom Ngarrwa's commitment to the values of Achievement, Belonging and Curiosity.
