Ensure that the Campus programming resources (staff, equipment, transport, food etc) are efficiently allocated and managed.

Work in a professional learning community (PLC/PLT) that is focused on the continuous improvement of teaching and learning, supporting all staff to achieve high standards and commitment to their own learning and wellbeing.
KSC 5: Community Criterion ¿
Lead a residential school program using exemplary knowledge, skills, experience and/or qualification(s).

Typically, the Learning Specialist and Program Coordinator performs most of the following functions:

Teachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach and/or have demonstrated experience in the curriculum area(s) specified for the position.

Please note that this is a Residential Outdoor School that may involve working evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays as well as the regular work hours.
