As WIC's Learning Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning strategy and driving initiatives that build capability across the organisation. This is your opportunity to lead the design and delivery of innovative programs and initiatives that empower our people to grow and succeed.
In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs aligned with our strategic priorities. You'll design engaging content, manage our eLearning platform, and facilitate workshops that uplift both technical and human skills. From onboarding and induction to leadership development and professional growth, you'll ensure our learning solutions are practical, impactful, and future-focused.
