What You'll Do
Join RBGV as a Learning Facilitator at our Cranbourne Gardens and play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality programs to school groups, youth, and families. In this role, you will facilitate a diverse range of learning experiences designed to inspire connection to nature and support curriculum outcomes. You'll contribute to program evaluation by collecting feedback, impact stories and data to support continuous improvement and future planning. With a strong commitment to cultural awareness, you will collaborate with and draw upon the knowledge of RBGV's First Nations staff and networks to ensure programs are respectful and inclusive. This role also involves supporting the effective delivery, monitoring and reporting of programs, including budgeting and risk management activities. As a valued member of a passionate and collaborative team, you'll help shape meaningful learning experiences while upholding RBGV's policies and the Victorian Public Sector Code of Conduct. What You'll Bring
We're looking for a creative and confident educator with experience delivering engaging programs to school groups, youth and families. As the successful candidate, you will bring qualifications or relevant experience in education, science, horticulture or humanities, along with strong subject knowledge in environmental education, culture or sustainability. Exceptional facilitation skills, a collaborative and flexible approach, and a positive attitude are essential. A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to work independently will set you up for success in this rewarding role.
