About the Division
The Academy Services Division provides a range of specialist services to teams across the Academy, to program participants (potential and current) and to external venue hire stakeholder to ensure an inclusive high quality professional learning or event management experience for our stakeholders. The Division's specialist areas include learning design, strategic engagement, and participant, event and program support.
About the Team
The Learning Design Unit leads the design and development of professional learning at the Academy, delivering high-quality, evidence-informed programs that are engaging, accessible, and impactful for our participants.
The Learning Design team:
The team manages our Learning Management System, Academy Online and develops all digital learning assets, providing strategic direction on accessibility, user experi ence, digital tools, and learner support. It also tracks program development and impact, using data insights to drive continuous improvement, and maintains rigorous quality assurance to ensure consistency and excellence across all content.

About the Role
The Learning Designer supports the design and development of professional learning programs using evidence-informed and participant-centred approaches. This role contributes to delivering high-quality learning experiences for the Academy's participants across a range of delivery modes.
