Reporting to the Lead Learning Designer, the Learning Designer supports the identification, co-design and development of contemporary and customised capability development solutions aligned with DEECA’s strategy and organisation design, including the Leadership Model. This position uses a Human Centred Design and/or a Design Thinking approach/es and business acumen to consult with business groups and other stakeholders to identify current and future capabilities (knowledge, skills and attitudes) required for a hybrid workforce. Its primary focus will be driving for a positive learning culture across the department.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
