About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a motivated Learning and Development Subject Matter Expert to coordinate the implementation of the Department of Health Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Framework across South West Healthcare and the South West Local Health Service Network.
This project will support a significant workforce reform initiative aimed at reducing duplicated training, improving workforce mobility and increasing clinical time available for patient care. Working closely with education teams and regional partners, you will coordinate project activities, stakeholder engagement, curriculum alignment, content authoring and the development of systems and processes to embed consistent and sustainable RPL practices.
