About the role
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and facilitation of organisational learning activities within the WoVG Contact Centre. This includes the induction program, coordination and facilitation of training, identifying trends through quality assessment and recommending appropriate learning solutions.
The role of the Learning and Development Coordinator is to enhance the delivery of frontline services and plays a role in the implementation of the Branch Plan.
The Learning and Development Coordinator will develop and implement learning strategies in response to new processes and updates to legislation, as well as any trends identified that will benefit from upskilling and large-scale refresher training. The learning and Development Coordinator will also assist with the creation and delivery of learning materials for new programs of work as required, which requires working closely with external stakeholder to ensure smooth transition on new work type into the WoVG CC.
In this role, the Learning and Development Coordinator will be required to work closely with the Quality Manager to review, identify trend analysis and report on learning outcomes and ongoing assessments.
